Envelope plain Stock
We have a first class supply chain with excellent lines of communication, we hold a core range of good quality Mailing Envelopes that are competitively priced and suitable for mechanised insertion and some of the more popular lines of envelopes that are used for hand enclosing. The less common envelopes are purchased to order, usually on a next day, service, All of our envelopes are manufactured using paper sourced from sustainable forests or 100% recycled sources.
Repro Studio
Our core business as always been the supply of printed envelopes to the direct Mail industry. We therefore realise the need to be efficient, we proof envelopes back to our Customers quickly. Usually within two hours unless there is an issue with the artwork. We have no issues making simple ammendments, adding a PPI (postage paid impressions) etc. We aim to point out any concerns or potential issues with any artwork sent to us,, i.e. artwork which does not meet Royal Mail specification, if the artwork prints on seam causiing a potential tramline issue within print. etc..
Envelope Print
Depending on cost, lead time, volume, qualiy of print required & coverage there are several ways to end up with a printed envelope.
The main methods are digital, litho print, flexo print, litho/flex & flat sheet print & convert.
Digital - Suitable for small volumes, (upto 3K) or many versions, Limitations on print, very quick turnaround
Litho - Medium volumes (1K to 1mil), Overprint of stock envelope, limitations on print, someti,es need grip edge, not always
suitable for high coverage as you are NOT printing onto a flat surface, but great for quick turnaround and low
to medium coverage one, two and CMYK jobs.
Flexo - Medium to High Volumes (100K to 100mil) Good for PPI's return address, many corporate logo's and
straplines, also often fine for colour washes on envelope.
Litho flexo - Medium to High Volumes (100k to 100mil) A made up name, still flexo but using superior technology to provide CMYK
images which iare suitable for many applications, quality not that of flat sheet but for many applications not an issue, cost
is lower but often lead times longer.

Print & Covert - The ultimate in flexibilty & print quality but comes at a cost and lead times can be quite long at times
Storage & Distribution
Our storage allows us to offer our Customers, speed, flexibility and value for money.
Speed:
All main lines are held in stock, we can therefore start overprinting immediately unlike many of our competitors who need to order stock in before they can commence.
Flexibility:
We can store envelopes on behalf of our Customers, allowing them to call off envelopes as they require yet purchase in economical volumes.
Value for Money:
Our warehouse allows us the flexibility to purchase envelopes in volume and more importantly have delivered to us in volume. This saves us costs (and reduces CO2), some of these costs can be passed onto our Customers.
